Shipping:

When you purchase goods from Katy Lee Books, Inc. the products will be delivered through one of the following methods:

1. ​Digital goods are delivered instantly via an email to the customer from BookFunnel LLC to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see your digital order delivered promptly, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folders, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab. 
   
   If you have an issue downloading your digital product please utilize BookFunnel's delivery help team by emailing them at: help@bookfunnel.com. They are very friendly and responsive and can help get you reading or listening to your purchase quickly.
   
   
2. Print books in inventory are delivered domestically within the United States (and its territories) by shipping carrier, typically the US Postal Service. In most cases, the customer will receive an email from Katy Lee Books, LLC with parcel tracking information once shipped products have reached the carrier.
